Sales Executive Job Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field; MBA preferred
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of current and relevant markets
- Ability to handle new product launch and sales generation.
- Should have market know how to pitch a new product in a new market.
- Should have experience in developing & handling marketing activities for sales and promotion for new launches or sales enhancement.
- Should take the challenge of the increase in sales revenue in specified time with effective planning.
- Channel Sales/channel partner management- Traditional or General trade management (distributor/dealer/CNF).
- Ability to understand and implement company business strategies.
- Able to maintain MIS reports & present the same to the management.
- Good knowledge of Consumer durable, home appliances, kitchen appliances.
- Dealer, Distributor appointment, retention, channel expansion.
- Capable of appointment of the dealer, distributor in a given territory.
- Understanding the vendor-customer chain and able to plot the general flow diagram of organizational systems.
- Experience in institutional sales added advantage.
- Market penetration by identifying new channel partners in the given territory.
- Seeking out business prospects through networking & by cold calling.
- Meeting & Exceeding sales target.
- Reading and writing primary English.
Salary:- 12K to 15K CTC.
