Each burner of the stove has an individual safety valve, which in connected directly with a sensor that recognizes flame in the surrounding areas of the gas burner. Up on switching ON the burner, the fire is lit and then the sensors allow gas supply to burners. This way higher and complete safety is ensured since if the flame is not detected, then the gas is not allowed to flow via the safety device.
